Hi everyone, sorry for missing the April Edition of the Round Up. Things just got too hectic with the Victorian State Convention. Anne & Les travelled to Warrnambool to attend the 54th Victorian State Convention. It was very hot but still a great weekend of dancing except we came back with more than we expected. We both came down with a bug and we had to cancel one night of plus.
In March we had our St Patrick’s Day Dance. Thank you to all who brought supper and dressed to the theme. Our new graduates from 2024 are looking at extended applications for Mainstream and are now dancing very well.
Congratulations to Les & Anne on receiving the Maestro Award from Roundalab (the International Association of Round Dance Teachers) for 30 years of Round Dance Teaching.
We are looking forward to our 30th birthday coming up on 31st May 2025 (see advertisement in this issue).
